Seattle Boat Show, February 2 – 10, 2024 – Indoors and outdoors Boat Show, with boats on display inside Lumen Field Event Center and afloat at Bell Harbor Marina at the Port of Seattle. The Seattle Boat Show is in the heart of the Pacific Northwest – featuring the worlds best cruising grounds. The Show will display – nautical, showcasing of an impressive lineup of boats, yachts, and cutting-edge marine technology. At the Seattle Boat Show, you’ll view hundreds of boats, and learn all about them from Seattle Boat Show exhibitors and the seasoned PNW Maritime Industry and Community.
Bring your dog to Seattle Boat Show Day – Thurs. Feb. 8, 2024 – Leash up your furry first mate and head to the show for Dogs on Deck! Your dog can stroll the red carpets with you, meet and greet with dog trainers, get a photo in the Photo Booth, have a custom dog tag made with our on-site engraving machine, and sniff out their favorite boats.
With a special Women’s Day pass, women can attend the show for free on Monday, February 5, 2024 – MUST HAVE WOMENS DAY TICKET FOR ADMISSION (only available online) Price: Free for Women with Ticket
Seattle Boat Show – Monday, February 5th – is Women’s Day at the Seattle Boat Show! Whether you’re an experienced boater or have dreamed of getting out on the water, Women’s Day is a perfect opportunity to meet extraordinary local women boaters. Take part in presentations on a variety of topics with free seminars presented by some of the most experienced and talented women in the maritime industry and don’t miss our brand new Sailing Panel created just for Women’s Day. Hear from local women sailors with answers on everything you need to know to start sailing.
Seattle Boat Show 2024 features three stages for the free in- person fishing and boating seminars. There will be 124 in person seminars – 92 boating, 32 fishing – to choose from in 2024 — covering everything from boating safety, fishing techniques, navigation, cruising, the latest innovations, technology, and more, and a number of new topics and presenters.
More in-depth boating courses for a fee are available through Boat Show University. And of course, the show is THE place to shop for new and brokerage boats or for the latest in accessories and technology. The show, with two locations – indoors at Lumen Field and on the water at the Port of Seattle’s Bell Harbor Marina – runs Friday, Feb. 2 through Saturday, Feb. 10 2024. A free shuttle runs continuously between both show locations.

This is an opportunity for anglers to bring any and all questions and tap into the combined 125+ years of collective experience of these panelists:
- Scott Propst, angler with more than 50 years experience, owner, Goat Unlimited Charters in Anacortes, and also a lead instructor for Anglers Unlimited.
- Steve Chamberlin a 36-year professional with a background as a Navy SONAR technician. His passion lies in fishing and helping anglers optimize their electronics for maximum success.
- Steve Stout has fished Northwest waters for over 50 years and retired after 43 years as regional hatchery program manager for WDFW.
- Mike Henderson, has fly fished for 20 years, and guided salmon and other fisheries.
Reel Women Fish
The women’s panel is designed to inspire women who want to learn to fish and connect with other like- minded women. Panelists who will share their joy, passion and lessons learned along the way include:
- Jamie Peth, Anglers Unlimited
- Brianna Bruce, owner and operator Livin’ Life Adventures charter
- Karey Small, president, Fildago/San Juan Islands chapter of Puget Sound Anglers
- Leanne Gardiner, owner/operator, The Reel Alibi, specializing in custom fishing rods
- Kendra Fisher, lifelong angler and mom of young kids who will share tips on fishing with young children
Not only will this be an inspiring and fun panel, but as an added bonus, Monday, Feb. 5 is Women’s Day at the show and women get in for free by downloading a coupon here. There’s also an all-women’s sailing panel that day.
Returning and ever-popular presenters include Tom Nelson, Joey Pyburn, John Keizer, Paul Kim and Tommy Donlin. Nelson, of KIRO 710 ESPN’s Outdoor Line and named one “The 25 Most Influential Anglers In The West” by Salmon and Steelhead Journal will be presenting nine times.
BOYS IN THE BOAT: SAW THE MOVIE, READ THE BOOK, WANT TO KNOW MORE?
At Seattle Boat Show – Join in a special panel presentation about the history of UW Rowing and the epic quest for gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, hosted by UW Rowing historian, Eric Cohen. Cohen was one of Daniel James Brown’s first contacts when researching his 2013 novel, “Boys in the Boat”.
Hear from Cohen and panelists:

- Melanie Barstow, ASUW Shell House tour founder
- John Tytus, president of Pocock Racing Shells
- Yaz Farooq, Olympian and UW Women’s head coach
The level of rowing experience and inside knowledge of the “Boys in the Boat” story and movie is unsurpassed with this group. It is the first time all of them will be together for a presentation and will make for a highly entertaining and fascinating inside look at this story.
You won’t want to miss this! After being inspired by Eric and his panel, go visit Conny, the 1936 coaches’ boat, which features prominently in the movie adaption of the Boys in the Boat in the Antique and Classic Yacht Society display. (East 1400)
