Every dog has its day. How many times will a dog be abused, kicked in the gut and the teeth – until it fights back? Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub, has been pushed to the limit and mistreated by the ‘Three Musketeers” of the South Naknek Village Council. Back door, secret meetings, MOU private deals, special interests and exclusion of information to all Council Members and the Tribe it has got to stop now. Rules for Thee, But Not For Me – is exactly how some South Naknek Council Members conduct themselves.

Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub Recap 2026
How many of you in your first year of business or first season fishing, were with out hurdles and unforeseen problems? It’s well known through out Bristol Bay and the Lower 48, the summer of 2026 she did what she set out to do – revive the cannery with historic restoration and propeller fast speed in the first summer.  Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub also has an: ‘Investor’ – to cut to the chase. Alaska Purveyors ‘Investor got way over his skis’ – and has been through a string of bad luck in 2026. Of course no one set out to have such early business problems and financial shortcomings. Alaska Purveyors is chipping away at its financial responsibility from the expensive first summer in business, in remote South Naknek, AK. Alaska Purveyors faced many uphill battles, they are working vigorously to ‘right the ship’ while course correcting. Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub support to the Bristol Bay and Naknek River fishing fleet and local communities were insurmountable and wildly successful. They will be back next summer to build back better, they are resilient and stronger than you think. South Naknek Village Council, Three Musketeers, pucker up, every dog has its day. That day is here.

LETTER  WRITTEN FROM:  South Naknek Tribal Members:

Dear South Naknek Concerned Tribal Members,

Below is the finalized text of the speech we have put together. This text lays out the clear procedural violations, the lack of a legal quorum, and the severe double standards regarding the recent hasty eviction.

Below is the finalized text of the speech we have put together for the next South Naknek Village Council meeting in October 2026. This text lays out the clear procedural violations, the lack of a legal quorum, and the severe double standards regarding the recent hasty eviction.
**1. Writing as the Concerned Tribal Members**
“Thank you, tribal members and community elders, for your time today. We are speaking to you directly as concerned Tribal members because we believe in the integrity of this village, the fairness of this tribe, and the transparency our leadership owes to the people who live here. Unfortunately, there are actions being taken in our name—and using this council’s authority—that have been kept completely in the dark. We are here to share the truth with the community because when the South Naknek Village Council (SNVC) acts in secret, it puts the reputation and the legal standing of the entire village at risk.
“**2. Laying Out the Facts & Premeditation (The Paperwork)**
“A legitimate council meeting is meant to be a place of open discussion, where evidence is weighed and a legal quorum makes an unbiased decision. But that is not what happened here. Before the SNVC meeting began in September 2026, the decision to terminate the Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub Agreement was already determined behind closed doors. We know this because the paperwork about terminating the lease-to-own contract was already fully printed out before any public or legal private discussion took place. This was a prefabricated sham designed to look like a legal process, but it was nothing more than a coordinated ambush. The President is out recovering from a stroke and not well. According to the Tribe Constitution and by laws the meeting was invalid, the agenda, minutes and all attachments were not made available to Tribal Members, they had no knowledge, they were not posted on Tribal Webpage. The vote from the last meeting was illegal – According to the Tribes own constitution.” (In Violation of Section: 5 – South Naknek Village Bylaws)
**3. Overriding the Will of the Tribe (The Overwhelming Votes)**
“What makes this action even worse is that the Tribe voted overwhelmingly YES to the Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub restoring the cannery—not once, but twice. The community has already spoken. We want to see this facility alive, creating opportunities, and restoring our local economy. The Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub did what they set out to do, they helped restore the cannery and they helped the fishing fleet. Why won’t the council ask the Tribe what they think now? Why hide behind a rushed vote? If the community supported this project twice, the council has no right to aggressively destroy it in secret.”
**4. Calling Out the Double Standard (The Late Fuel Bills)**
“Now, let’s address the supposed reason for this rushed eviction: a late fuel bill. The SNVC’s lawyer was directed to forcefully evict a small business owner over a late bill. But here is what the tribal members were never told: One of the very council members who cast a vote to destroy that business also had late fuel bills for their own private company.Instead of an eviction notice, that council member was handed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to protect their wallet and give them special payment terms. How can the SNVC look the tribe in the eye and justify using a lawyer to evict an outside small business for a late bill, while passing a secret MOU for 4,000 gallons of fuel to protect one of their own for the exact same thing? That is a clear conflict of interest, it is self-dealing, and it is a breach of the fiduciary duty that every elected official owes to this tribe. We would like to see that legit MOU from SNVC or Trident in paper form for full disclosure and transparency.”
**5. Exposing the Felony Threat by The Tribe Attorney vs. the $900,000 Investment**
“Let’s look at the heavy-handed tactics used to scare a small business owner away from her investment. The council’s lawyer, the South Naknek Tribe Attorney explicitly issued a threat of a felony over a late fuel bill.We need to ask this council a very serious question: how does a late $8,500 fuel bill  by Alaska Purveyors justify an immediate, hostile eviction after the lease owner just invested $900,000 of her own hard-earned equity and repairs into the cannery over the course of this single Summer? In what legal world does a late utility payment wipe out a $900,000 personal investment and justify a lawyer threatening someone with a felony conviction? This isn’t law enforcement; it is a textbook intimidation tactic designed to force a woman to abandon her business and her property equity without a fight. This kind of behavior exposes the entire council to severe ethics investigations and civil liability.”
**6. The Illogical Winter Rush and Unreasonable Insurance Demands**
“Why did the SNVC refuse to give the business owner any time to cure this bill? Every legitimate business agreement provides a standard, fair period to resolve a missed payment. To make matters worse, the SNVC listed an urgent need for proof of insurance after the cannery was already closed for the season as a core reason to evict. (NOTE: Currently/Fall 2026 – Alaska Purveyors Insurance is current and up to date.)What was the desperate rush to take out security cameras and cut the locks while the cannery is completely mothballed for the winter? The cannery is currently winterized and closed for the season. It is sitting empty. There is zero economic urgency and zero operations happening right now. What makes this rush even more foolish is that there is already an employed, paid, and very competent ‘winter watchman’ on site. He is doing a great job managing the facility and was winterizing what’s left at the cannery, but his work was completely disrupted, disrespected, and undermined by our council’s actions and reckless eviction. If the council just let Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub’s contract run out to see if she can recover the investment, the village possibly could get the cannery back for free without the “Tribe Attorney’s” outrageous fees. Instead, the SNVC is wasting tribal funds paying the lawyer thousands of dollars to aggressively force a takeover right now, just to steal someone else’s hard work and equity still inside the property.”
**7. Massive Liability, Stolen Belongings, and Borough Tax Questions**
“By taking these illegal actions, the SNVC has just exposed themselves to a massive legal liability. By cutting those locks and dismantling the cameras, you are now legally responsible for all of her personal belongings, and you have made yourselves personally and officially liable for any theft or vandalism that happens to the cannery. All of the new lease owner’s personal possessions are still locked inside those buildings. Furthermore, we need to ask who is responsible for paying the borough taxes, but let’s speak the truth: Is the deed for the property legally recorded yet? Who is paying the borough tax, SNVC or Trident? The legal property owner is responsible for those taxes—and you certainly cannot demand tax payments after you have committed an illegal lockout.”
**8. Bleeding Tribal Funds to Pay The Lawyer**
“Our council’s lawyer told this community he has to fly all the way to Washington, D.C., to get permission from the U.S. Department of Treasury just to sell an old, closed cannery. Let’s call this what it is: a legal smokescreen. Furthermore, the SNVC has never provided a single shred of paperwork or audit proof to the tribe showing that a single dime of COVID relief money was ever used to buy this facility. To the tribal members reading this right now: you need to ask a very simple question: How many thousands of dollars of your tribal funds has the SNVC paid to the Tribe Attorney just to stonewall this sale and take this cannery back? If you would spend your time and resources working for the tribe instead of against us, this very unbecoming of a tribal council situation would be better served and would play out naturally and free instead of a lawsuit. If the council didn’t spend the $800k COVID funds on the cannery, then what will you do with what is left of the COVID funds, and where did the rest of it go – how much money is in the Tribes account right now? (If the 800k is not spent by 12.31.26, they must give it back.) They are draining the village treasury to fund on a personal vendetta and protect a conflicted council member’s business while letting a vital local asset sit completely idle. We demand a full, transparent financial audit of the $800k COVID relief funds and a full itemization of every single dollar paid to the Tribe Attorney.  The tribe deserves to see the books.” Please show these books to the South Naknek Village Tribe by: 10.16.26 – The Tribe will be standing by on October 16th.”
**9. The Closing Demand**
“As concerned Tribal members, we are saying enough is enough. Your actions were unconstitutional, procedurally broken, and legally invalid. The pre-printed paperwork proves your intent. The MOU proves your double standard. We demand that the SNVC immediately reverse this illegal lockout, restore access to the property, and halt any eviction proceedings until this matter can be reviewed with open Tribal input. The truth is on the record now, and we will hold the individuals responsible fully accountable.
“Truthfully yours,
Concerned Tribal Members

The ‘Ruse’ From The South Naknek Council To Botch The Deal:
– Formally known as the Trident Seafoods Cannery it is not on BIA Property – Trident sold the cannery to the South Naknek Village Council at a ‘dirt cheap price’ a ‘Fee Simple Sale.’
– With zero voting or any communication to the Tribe – South Naknek Village Council Purchased the Cannery from Trident Seafoods as a ‘Fee Simple Sale’ – keeping the tribe in the dark, behind closed doors with only the Administrator, Treasurer and Lawyer present. (Facts: Collaborated with Trident – only 2 council members were involved or present)
– The ‘Gossiping Wife’ spilled the beans about the council buying the cannery. That’s how word eventually got out to the rest of the South Naknek Tribe a few years ago.

South Naknek Council Administrator’s Strategy to Obstruct The Fee Simple Sale:
On March 16, 2026, the phone call meeting for “Fee Simple Sale Negotiations” got off to a rocky start with the Village Council and Purveyors Superintendent.
South Naknek Village Administrator brought in their Lawyer – at which time reluctantly Alaska Purveyors brought in their Lawyer. Everyone knows that ‘art of a deal’ – early negotiations – do not need lawyers until the end.
Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub wanted to buy a dilapidated cannery, over 130 years old that had received zero maintenance, upkeep, or care in over a decade. Alaska Purveyors aimed to save the Cannery from collapsing in the Naknek River or let the South Naknek Village Council watch it turn into compost.
The Village Council had the property a little under three years, under their care it was a complete run down junk yard, trash everywhere, beer cans and broken bottles strung about, every warehouse full of junk, nearly every building on the property with roof leaks and collapsing stairs, ramps, floors and fallen down ceilings and much more. The South Naknek Village Council failed to maintain the premises, resulting in extensive property damage and a severe state of disrepair. The Cannery was completely neglected under their supervision it was trashed and left an absolute wreck and in ruins.
Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub Proposed a – Fee Simple Sale: Lawyers are and were not needed in negotiations – past to present day. Only at the end of the deal is a lawyer needed. Its been a drastic waist of time and resources for the South Naknek Tribe to pay their lawyer and drain their useful funds that should be spent on tribal affairs to better the village and help members in need. The Council Administrator is obsessed with her Tribe Lawyer as a tactic of stonewalling basic communication time and time again.

Facts Below – Early Stonewalling – The South Naknek Village Council Administrators Attempt To Kill The Deal in Bad Faith Negotiations:
– The 1st draft of the Fee Simple Sale, Purchase Agreement – was delivered to Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub – March 16th, shortly after the conference call with the council – the same morning – clearly the Administrator and Tribe Lawyer had been working on it over the weekend at the same time as the, First Village YES vote was announced – to sell to Alaska Purveyors.
– The 1st draft Fee Simple Sales Agreement – stated; for the sale of the cannery – the South Naknek Tribe Needs to get Permission from US Department of Treasury and included $800k of  Tribe Covid Funds that needed to be spent by the South Naknek Village Council, etc…. (Current Time: Fall 2026 – How much of the Covid Funds are in the Tribes Account?)

– None of this was relevant to this simple ‘Fee Simple’ Sale – the ‘800k Covid Funds’ were given to the ‘South Naknek Village Council in 2023’ – they have until– ‘12.31.26’ — to spend Covid Funds or give it back. (Currently – Fall 2026, some Council Members are panicked to quickly spend funds before the deadline.) The Tribe Lawyer and South Naknek Council Treasurer have repeatedly asked – Alaska Purveyors for their – tools, parts, and project “receipts” from Summer 2026? Does this sound fishy? The Council has had nearly 3 years to spend the $800,000 Covid money and now they’re obsessed with getting Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub Summer ‘Receipts.’ – It’s well known that the last South Naknek Village Council – “Cooked the Books”.

To the South Naknek Tribal Members:
Do you have full transparency with the Treasurer regarding full fiscal responsibility and Tribal funds financial clarity? Do you get monthly or annual spending and fund management reports?
The Ruse Was Up:
After numerous sales agreement drafts went back and forth, Alaska Purveyors learned in late May 2026 that the Council Administrator admitted, “The Tribe never needed US Department of Treasury” approval for the Fee Simple Sale.” Purveyors knew it was a Ruse all along, intended as a tactic to squash the deal. Alaska Purveyors made the leap of faith decision to deal with the ‘Stonewall – Ruse’ after the 2026 Summer Salmon Season – time was of the essence.
Alaska Purveyors was right about it being a ‘ruse and deceptive’ – the only reason Alaska Purveyors did a ‘Lease/Use to Own Option – to be paid off in full in February 2027 – is because – the Administrator made up the tall tale about needing sale approval from US Department of Treasury. The Tribe Lawyer stated back in Mid-March he needed to ‘Fly to DC to Get Approval.’ The Ruse was laughable – yet Alaska Purveyors was railroaded to go along for the sake of making the Summer Salmon Season of 2026.
Alaska Purveyors paid the South Naknek Village Council $10k in earnest money, they have until Feb. 2027 to pay the remaining balance. After many rounds of Agreement revisions – it was obvious the Council Administrator intended to screw over Alaska Purveyors with a lopsided Agreement – that was clearly done in deceptive, deceitful false pretenses. Time and time again the Council Treasurer was asked to get involved, show proof of funds and clear up a number of false statements; instead, he chose to turn a blind eye – do nothing.

Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub, NN Revival, Summer 2026, Renovation and Saving The Falling Down Cannery, Mug Up, Beach Gang, Fish House, Egg House, Cannery, all newly repaired and upgraded with top to level Maintenance

Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub revitalized the historic over 130 year old cannery property in South Naknek that went over a decade without maintenance, cleaning or updates.
Its been well documented that Alaska Purveyors spent over $ 900,000 – the ‘Before and After’ Project Photo’s of progress of the site, showcasing extensive repairs, cleaning, painting, and maintenance upgrades completed in the first single season of 2026.
2026 intention of helping the Bristol Bay fishing fleet was met with warm and endless encouraging support from fishermen and every Seafood Fishery and across the river on the North Side and beyond. Alaska Purveyors Motto, “We say yes to every Fishermen, we will find a way and help everyone, day or night, tide or no tide – we will support all 24/7 – Need for Speed, Nets Back In The Water.”
Fall 2026 – Why is Alaska Purveyors being attacked and targeted by:  3 Council Members?
After a very successful summer of restoration, rebuilding and hundreds of unrivaled repairs and upgrades to an aging cannery that was literally dying. When South Naknek Village Council had the Cannery – how many improvements did they do? Did they do endless maintenance and repairs – how many upgrades did they complete?  How much new dock did they lay? How many pilings did they fix? Did they do annual clean up and seasonal upgrades? As far as every eye could see – it was crystal clear – the South Naknek Village Council did absolutely nothing to care for or maintain the property – instead they made it a junk yard, actively contributing to the destruction of a historical landmark.
To The South Naknek Tribe and Locals – Are you aware that the Council has not communicated with Alaska Purveyors Superintendent directly since being in Alaska in August.
In September after Purveyors had left South Naknek, AK, and returned to the lower 48, the property was left in the care of Purveyors’ skilled winter watchmen. –
The Council Treasurer went to the Purveyors Cannery cut the gate lock, put on his own lock, and stole 3 cameras. This was done with zero communication to Purveyors. Still to date has not called, sent a text or had communication directly with Purveyors Superintendent. All of which makes no sense – the Council Treasurer has known the Purveyors’ Superintendent for over 30 years and they are close neighbors to the property in South Naknek and nearly saw each other daily all summer.
—- Why is The South Naknek Council Attorney telling Purveyors Attorney — they are taking back the cannery? Why would they want the cannery to rot and turn into compost once again under their direction. (Alaska Purveyors Will Be Back – Summer of 2027 – their bully tactics no long work.) (The ‘Gossiping Wife’ Can Stop Texting Tall Tales.)
—- Is the South Naknek Tribe aware that majority of communication has been only with the Administrator and Tribe Attorney? Very few emails/communications include the entire Village Council. Why aren’t council members – who actually know the cannery property directly communicating with Alaska Purveyors?
—- Does the South Naknek Tribe Constitution and Bylaws support such targeted acts, selective financial discrimination of forceful small business targeting?
—- In the South Naknek Village Bylaws – they are not aloud to overturn a ‘Tribe Vote for ONE year.’ Alaska Purveyors won the ‘YES’ vote on ‘TWO rounds of votes’ – to buy the run down cannery formally known as the Trident Cannery and turn it into – Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub.
—- Insurance is Current and Paid – Alaska Purveyors – Lopsided Agreement is Current and not in Breach at this time. Therefore – The ‘3 Musketeers on the Village Council’ Can ‘Stand Down’.
– There is absolutely no reason why South Naknek Village Members and Council can not have open dialog and discussions with Alaska Purveyors.  Lawyers are not needed in such basic matters. Use of Lawyers from March 2026 until the present Fall day – have proven to slow things down with misinformation while being very expensive on both sides. Alaska Purveyors encourages the Tribe and Council to speak directly to Alaska Purveyors.

MOU, Memorandum of Understanding, for South Naknek Village Council Member, Approved by Village Council Treasurer, 4,000 gallons of Fuel Taken Out Aug. 2, 2026 – MOU, Is is paid by NOW?

Fuel Bill: Memorandum of Understanding – MOU – Only For One Special Council Member:
— Why does a specific council member get a ‘Memorandum of Understanding, MOU’ for 4,000 gallons of Fuel? Council Treasure worked this back door deal – the MOU, these 2 men on the council worked this secret deal.
— Has the 4,000 gallons of MOU fuel been paid for?
— According to the Tribe Lawyer – if the fuel bill is not paid – its a felony. (Tribe Lawyer own words – per threats to Alaska Purveyors.)
— See the picture below and above: the crew started taking out 4,000 gallons from the tanks on August 2, 2026.  The men getting the fuel on top of the tanks stated this fact to Alaska Purveyors face to face, directly.
— Special Note: Two people from Alaska Purveyors stood in the – Treasures Kitchen face to face in mid-June 2026 – they were told by the Treasurer all fuel tanks were – “bone dry empty – not one drop left.”
— Hummmm….. how were the tanks empty in  Mid June and the MOU of 4,000 gallons was being pumped out on Aug. 2nd?
— Why is the Treasurer pointing out a fuel bill for Alaska Purveyors in monthly meetings and make no mention of the special back door deal – MOU with a current council member of 4,000 gallons?
— More Smoke and Mirrors by South Naknek Village Council – back door deals.

Administrator: Made-Up Complaints and Viewing Obsession:
Summer of 2026 – the South Naknek Village Administrator didn’t hold back on her persistent intent – she was spotted numerous times parking her Navy SUV across from the South Naknek Dump. She clearly took pleasure in watching two 22-year-old men from the Midwest dispose of mess hall trash at the dump. Alaska Purveyors took the woman’s dump obsession and malicious, make-believe compliments as a compliment; one can only laugh at such bizarre extremes.
South Naknek Village Council Administrator’s obsessive complaints, were relentless, she made it her summer mission to be very unwelcoming. This fact spread to both sides of the Naknek River, during Purveyors first summer of business in 2026. Purveyors was only allowed to dump trash – 8:00am to 4:00pm. Who else in South Naknek, AK is under such extreme ‘Dump Guidelines and Restrictions’? Is this the best use of the Council Administrator’s time and resources? Why doesn’t she focus on helping her community and those currently in need? Notice the dump photos below – does that look like everyone its required to sort trash before going to the dump? Alaska Purveyors ‘took it on the chin’ with an audience and being yelled at and supervised while dumping trash.

– After numerous sales agreement – drafts went back and forth – it was brought to Alaska Purveyors attention – that the Council Administrator said, the the Tribe never needed – US, Department of Treasury Approval for the Fee Simple Sale’ Purveyors knew it was a Ruse all along, as a tactic to squash the deal. Purveyors’ Superintendent kept at it; he didn’t give up. Purveyors only learned the news a few days before departing to South Naknek for the summer salmon season, leaving no time to deal with or confront the Ruse of Make-Believe.
Alaska Purveyors was right about it being a ‘ruse and deceptive’ – the only reason Alaska Purveyors did a ‘Lease/Use to Own Option – to be paid off in full in February 2027 – is because – the Administrator made up the tall tale about needing sale approval from Homeland Security, Department of Treasury.

The South Naknek Village Council Treasurer turned a blind eye and did nothing.
South Naknek Village Council Member(s) Negotiate Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub – Fee Simiple Agreement in Bad Faith:
– Why would the Council Administrator for months make up a ‘Ruse’ – about Homeland Security, Department of Treasury approval being required on a ‘Fee Simple Sales Agreement’ for a 130 years old neglected, dilapidated cannery?
– Have Village Funds been – Misappropriated?
– Is there current transparency with the Tribe regarding finances and lawyer fees?
– Why after the 2026 summer salmon season is over – and all the work is done by Alaska Purveyors, knowing they spent North of $900k – why now is the South Naknek Village Treasure concerned about needing to spend the $800k Covid Funds by December 31, 2026?
– Why is the Council asking for Alaska Purveyors Summer ‘Receipts’ and Tools Receipts? Why would Purveyors give their receipts to the Council? How is that their business?
– Why are 3 Council members currently trying to Sabotage Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub?
– Why did the Council Strong Arm Alaska Purveyors into accepting a FAKE reason to give away the Love Nest and Old Runway (Bone Yard)?
– The ruse is up – that negotiation was only done based on the Fake – US Department of Treasury make believe – by saying they – needed approval and the spending of the $800k of Covid Funds gifted to the Village Council.
– Since US Department of Treasury – was all a Ruse – approval never needed – its a clear example of practicing in bad faith by the Village Administrator.

To The South Naknek Tribe and Locals:
Are you aware that the Council has not communicated with the Alaska Purveyors Superintendent directly since being in Alaska in August? They constantly hide behind the Tribe Lawyer and have slow walked a boat load of misinformation.
Alaska Purveyors was back in the lower 48 by mid- In September after Purveyors had left South Naknek, AK, the property was left in the care of Purveyors’ local watchmen with directions to take great care of the property. With zero communication to Alaska Purveyors – The South Naknek Council Treasurer went to the cannery, cut Purveyors’ gate lock, put on his own lock and stole 3 cameras.
No communication to Purveyors still today, the misinformed Tribe Lawyer is clueless and not accurate in most communication. All of which makes no sense – the Council Treasurer has known Purveyors’ Superintendent for over 30 years and he is one of her closest neighbors to the cannery property. All summer the Treasurer and Superintendent saw each other nearly daily.
—- Is the South Naknek Tribe aware that majority of communication has been only with the Administrator and Tribe Attorney – very few emails included or includes entire Village Council, why aren’t council members who actually know the cannery property directly communicating with Alaska Purveyors?
—- Does the South Naknek Tribe Constitution and Bylaws support such targeted acts, selective financial discrimination of forceful small business targeting? (Purveyors has great relationships with the majority of South Naknek locals—there’s always a few haters in every batch – it’s only the curmudgeons with the problem.)
—- In the South Naknek Village Bylaws – they are NOT aloud to overturn a Tribe Vote for one year. Alaska Purveyors won the YES vote on two rounds of votes to sell it to Purveyors.
—- Insurance is Current and Paid –  by: Alaska Purveyors Fishing Hub
—- Lopsided Agreement is Current and not in Breach at this time. Therefore, the 3 Musketeers and their back-door deals on the Village Council need to stand down and answer the Tribe’s lingering questions.
