The Christmas Ship Festival’s 4th Annual Parade of Boats Argosy Cruises Partners with Salty Dog Boating News, it will be held on Friday, Dec. 14th, starts at 7:00pm – with donation proceeds benafiting The Seattle Times Fund For The Needy.
Seattle boat owners are invited to participate again this year by registering your vessel, making your donation, decorating your boat with lights with themes encouraged; well see you on Lake Union. Hundreds of gatherers will be on shore at Evanston Plaza next to the Fremont Cut to watch one of the largest holiday flotillas and spread holiday cheer.
The Judges boat will be m/y P.S. also known as Seattle Fun Boat – Judges categories include Best in Show, Best Holiday Sailboat, Best Holiday Powerboat, Best Seattle Sports Theme, and Most Unique. We look forward to see you on land viewing and on the lake and in the Fremont Cut.
The Argosy Cruises Christmas Ship™ Festival is a ship-to-shore holiday celebration that has been a Northwest tradition since 1949. The Spirit of Seattle, the Official Christmas Ship™, is decorated with hundreds of shimmery white lights and sails to different Puget Sound waterfront communities – around 65 in all.
