Naknek Sea Gal, coming to you live from the Ship Canal in the PNW where the best lower 48 photos are taken of Deadliest Catch AK Bering Sea Crabbers – F/V Northwestern, F/V Wizard, F/V Cornelia Marie. A lot of Alaska Crabbers call Seattle home – on tonight’s episode of season 11 of Deadliest Catch these crabbers get dialed into the Seattle Seahawks in the 2015 Superbowl. Most of us already know the heartbreaking outcome of this last play of game – Oooo it hurt to watch that interception.
Seattle Seahawks plan to be written in history by being in our next Superbowl of 2016 – 3 in a row Superbowl’s for the Hawks – the 12’s are geared up and roaring to go this season! Seattle has one of the youngest and strongest teams in the NFL. Go Hawks!
Deadliest Catch TV Show is well underway right now on Discovery Channel, TV viewers see these boats and crews up fishing for crab in the Bering Sea. Right now – during the summer months they are up in AK throughout Bristol Bay and SE AK for Herring and Salmon Tendering. Keeping the boat busy with a summer tender contract helps pay the bills and bring in that much-needed revenue. Summer Tendering in AK is blast!
Naknek Sea Gal – my fav. summers tendering were out of Naknek, Egegik, Togiak, Ugashik and Clarks Point, Alaska – with a ton of barge runs and never ending touch & go fiber runs…..and the runs up and down the hill for each spring, summer season. OOOoo the good old days of being on the F/V Sea Lion and painting every inch of that boat with wild and colorful sea animals! For those of you who have been to South side or showered on the F/V Sea Lion you’ve seen my Naknek Sea Gal bright artwork!
