In the wheel house of m/v Sarina with Captain Bill Fountain, “A couple of years ago we were asked by one of the major oil companies to start a branch office out here in the Northwest.  The company is Marine Oil Service out of Norfolk, Virginia; we have been in the Ballard WA area now for about two years delivering freight, parts, gear, and lube oil to ships out on anchor out in Elliot Bay and Tacoma,” says Fountain. https://www.mabvi.org/wp-content/languages/new/strattera.html

In 1977 Fountain moved from back East to the Pacific Northwest to attend the Divers Institute of Technology near the Ballard Bridge in Seattle, with plans be a commercial diver.   Soon after Fountain decided to stay in the Northwest; he’s spent the last 35 years in the marine construction and tug boat business. https://medstaff.englewoodhealth.org/wp-content/languages/new/plavix.html

The history of the M/V Sarina is she’s an ex Coast Guard Buoy Tender built in 1968 in Baltimore, Maryland where she served her purpose for about 7 years;  with a big A-frame on the stern deck buoy’s where rolled up for servicing.  She also holds 10,000 gallons of water; the original use was to deliver to Coast Guard Stations off shore; after she retired from the US Coast Guard there were a couple of other jobs with the boat.  About 2 years ago Marine Oil Service bought the boat; putting it into the marine oil delivery business. http://healthinschools.org/wp-content/languages/new/premarin.html
