Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon forecast by the University of Alaska states a harvest of 34.1 million sockeye this year of sweet 16 in Bristol Bay. Department of Fish and game forecast over 30 million sockeye salmon. Since 2015 was much a summer flop for fishing in Bristol Bay of course fishermen are hoping and paying for bigger numbers this next summer salmon season. Next item up is price of fish, the scuttle butt chatter has been around .30 cents a pound, a lot could change between now and summer peak season in July. Wishful thinking for salmon lovers!

ingredients:
— Used as many mixed greens as you can find, spinach and kale for sure, if you can get them at your local farmers market & or local grocery store.
- AK Wild Sockeye Salmon
- You can bake it, temp. 375 – 18 – 20 min.
- BBQ, medium flip often 8 – 10 min.
- Stove top pan, medium temp, flip often about 12 – 15 min. depending on how well you like it.
- Add to your Salmon: Butter, Sea Salt, Garlic/fresh or Garlic/salt
— Grill or pan fry sweet onions warm them up till golden brown, yes all olive oil on the pan before adding onions
— Pre-toss your salad with a light Italian Dressing – try to buy low in Sodium
— Next last step after your salad is tossed add your filet of salmon on top & enjoy this light, fresh lunch
