Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon and Brie Breakfast Strata – A Seriously Hearty Breakfast
AK & NW Salty Dog Boaters, try this recipe: Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon and Brie Breakfast Strata. Strata is a family of layered casserole dishes in American cuisine. The most common modern variant is a brunch dish, similar to a quiche or frittata, made from a mixture which mainly consists of bread, eggs and cheese. This variant mixes creamy Brie with the bold taste of Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon, and can be prepared quite simply. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to let everything sit and gel in the fridge for at least 8 hours, and also for the hour it takes to bake. Making it the night before and letting the mixture sit in the fridge overnight is recommended. Either way, this recipe will fill you up and still have you going for thirds and fourths. It’s just that good.
