Ballard, WA restaurant Percy’s & Co. serves apothecary inspired cocktails and a Southern/Creole menu. Dinner and drinks are served nightly, brunch on Sundays. They grow fresh herbs and produce for both their kitchen and their bar. Because it just tastes better when you grow it yourself.
