Baldwin Filters, an industry leader, manufactures and distributes high-quality, heavy-duty lube, air, fuel, coolant, hydraulic and transmission filters around the world. Baldwin was founded and built upon the ideas of J.A. Baldwin, who began production in northwest Wisconsin in 1936. In 1953, Baldwin moved to Kearney, Nebraska, to take advantage of the central U.S. location. Operations in Kearney began with nine employees. Today, Baldwin has manufacturing capabilities and distributors around the world. Baldwin provides a full line of over 6,000 filtration products for over-the-road commercial vehicles, off-road construction, mining and logging equipment, as well as industrial, agricultural, automotive and marine applications.
