With corporate headquarters located in Theodore, Alabama, Silver Ships’ production facilities are situated on a 16-acre plant site and utilize state-of-the-art boatbuilding equipment including 3-dimensional modeling and hydrodynamic design software. Silver Ships continues to provide high-quality aluminum boats, ranging in size from 21-65’ in length, for DOD, Federal, State and Local Municipalities as well as commercial applications through collaboration with highly skilled design, engineering and production resources. They also offer a complete Refurbishment Program for all makes and models of aluminum workboats. Since its founding by Mike McCarty in 1985, Silver Ships’ mission is to provide customers with a boat designed, built, outfitted and best-suited to meet their operational needs while offering the maximum in crew safety and outstanding performance.
